Group offers thanks for holiday donations

The Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Brick would like to thank all the caring and generous people in our parish who donated turkeys, nonperishable food items and monetary support that enabled us to prepare and distribute Thanksgiving food baskets to the needy in our community.

Also, we would like to acknowledge the food contributed by local groups. Among them are Seaview Village, the Lions Head South Woman’s Club and The Italian American Club at the Original Leisure Village.

We would be remiss if we didn’t thank the Scouts, their parents and the Visitation food pantry volunteers who gave their time and much needed assistance to help set up.

The combined efforts of all allowed the operation to run smoothly. Once again, thanks to all.
