Educational Opportunity Fund session at OCC

The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program at Ocean County College will be hosting an information session to help those interested in financing their future.

Participants will learn about admissions, registration, career counseling, leadership training, tutoring and more. The program will provide personalized attention to help prospective students develop skills to become successful students at the college.

There will be two sessions to choose from – July 17 and August 13. Both will take place from 4-6 p.m. at the Hiering Science Building Lecture Hall on the college’s main campus, on College Drive in Toms River.

The EOF Program is a state-funded program providing academic and financial assistance to qualified New Jersey residents interested in attending college, including a variety of workshops, seminars, student activities and enrichment programs.

For further information, call (732) 255-0311 or e-mail Yvonne Doval, assistant director of EOF at the college at ydoval@ocean.edu or visit www.ocean.edu.
