Free program for parents of preschoolers A special three-part program, "Active Parenting of Preschoolers," designed for parents of young children ages, 1-4, will be presented by the Center for Kids & Family at Community Medical Center’s Cory Building, 599 Highway 37 west, Toms River, July 22 and 29, and Aug. 5. All programs will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. The program will cover basic developmental stages, discipline skills, prevention techniques, bonding and more.
