‘Brick Link’ bus service to continue through 2003

Funding was approved by the Ocean County Board of Freeholders to continue the "Brick Link" bus service through 2003.

It connects the Lakewood Bus terminal with the NJ Transit Rail Station in Point Pleasant Beach. Stops include the Martin Luther King Drive Complex, FirstEnergy Park, Brick Hospital and veterans clinic, the Lakewood Industrial Park and the Point Pleasant Borough Municipal Complex.

Service on the Brick Link increased by 60 percent in 2002. Funding is provided by the Ocean County Department of Human Services.
