Barnegat Bay Festival Saturday in Bayville

The Barnegat Bay National Estuary Program will hold its eighth annual Barnegat Bay Festival on June 5 at Berkeley Island County Park, Bayville, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Free activities will include seining, scavenger hunts, fish printing, face painting, seedling planting, raffles, music and bay boat tours.

Arti­sans and crafters will sell custom fishing rods, jewelry, marine art, photography and much more.

Environmental groups from the area will attend to answer questions regarding the protection of the area’s natural re­sources.
