Barbara Ann Reilly, of Brick, a fifth-grade teacher at Midstreams Elementary School, Brick, has been nominated a second time to be honored in “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.” Teachers are selected by former pupils for making a difference in the students’ lives. Only students recognized for excellence on the national dean’s list or in “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” are invited to submit nominations.

Gina Grano, of Brick, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she is a sophomore in the College of Nursing.

Nearly 50 of Georgian Court University’s (GCU), Lakewood, undergraduate and master’s in business administration (MBA) students were inducted into Delta Mu Delta (DMD), Georgian Court College’s national business administration honor society.

Catherine Poss, of Brick, was among the local residents inducted.

Delta Mu Delta is the National Honor Society in Business Administration for business programs accredited by Association of Collegeiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) at the baccalaureate and graduate levels.
