      Patricia E. DeOliveira

      Ms. DeOliveira, 59, of Brick, died June 13 at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Jersey City, she was raised in Union City and had lived in Fairview and Maywood before moving to Brick a year and a half ago. She was an administrative assistant at Fort Monmouth for 2 1/2 years and had previously been employed for five years by Ernst & Young investments in Lyndhurst. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg, where she was also an active member of the Glory and Praise prayer group. Ms. DeOliveira was predeceased by her father, William Kellenberger; her mother, Caroline Miller; and a brother, Bill Kellenberger. Surviving are two sisters, Kathryn Kellenberger of Brick and Carolyn Picinich of Middletown; a brother, Thomas Kellenberger of Smyrna, Ga.; and six nieces and three nephews. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Ann’s Church, followed by burial at Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo section of Middletown. John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown, was in charge of arrangements.

      Carmela Navantieri

      Mrs. Navantieri, 90, of Brick, died June 15 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in New York City, she had lived in Italy and Howell before moving to Brick four years ago. She was the owner and operator of House of Paints, Howell, for 10 years. She was subsequently employed by Washington Forge Co., Englishtown, for seven years prior to retiring 27 years ago. Mrs. Navantieri was predeceased in 1966 by her husband, Joseph. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Sal and Carol Navantieri of Toms River, and Roy and Lizette Navantieri of Neptune; a brother, Angelo DeGrande of Italy; a sister, Marguerita DiSilvestro of Italy; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Higgins Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville 07834.

      Amelia Habermann Seigfried

      Mrs. Seigfried, 87, of Lawrenceville, died June 14 at Care One of Ewing. Born in Newark, she resided in Long Branch, Red Bank and Middletown, prior to moving to Lawrenceville recently. She was a retired part time teacher’s aide in the special education classes at the Middletown Township School System. She enjoyed gardening, baking and cooking. She was predeceased by her husband, Adam George Seigfried in 1966; a daughter, Katherine M. Cross; a sister, Katherine M. Hartman; and two brothers, Arthur and Murray Habermann. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph A. and Louise Seigfried of Mineral, Va., Michael W. and Elaine Seigfried of Lawrenceville, and Thomas J. and Stephanie Seigfried of Brick; a daughter and son-in-law, Eva A. and Edward M. Conover of Lakewood; two brothers, Alexander and Frederick Habermann; a son-in-law, George W. Cross; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank. Interment was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Arrangements were by John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities, 145 Maple Ave., Red Bank 07701.

      Rosemarie Watt

      Mrs. Watt, 63, of Howell, died June 17 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Born in Passaic, she had lived in Saddle Brook before moving to Howell 23 years go. Mrs. Watt was a medical coder at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood, for many years before retiring eight months ago. She was a former member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Passaic. Mrs. Watt is survived by her husband of 45 years, James R. Watt Sr.; two sons, James. R. Watt Jr. of Smithville and Roy P. Watt of Howell; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gina M. and Howard Puglia of Brick, and Bridget H. and Thomas Serzan of Howell; one nephew; and seven grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, Brick, followed by entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. The O’Brien Funeral Home, Brick, was in charge of arrangements.
