William G. Yursha Mr. Yursha, 42, of Middletown, died Aug. 26 at home. Born in Neptune, he had resided in Hazlet before moving to Middletown four years ago. Mr. Yursha was a machine operator at EPCO, Middletown, the past four years. He was also a roofer and merchant mariner. He was a communicant of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg. Mr. Yursha was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy Bozosi and Vladimir Yursha. He is survived by three brothers, Michael Yursha of Brick Township, Stephen Yursha of Neptune and James Yursha of Wall Township; and two sisters, Kathleen Macey of Middletown and Marie Yursha of Hazlet. A funeral gathering will be held Sept. 1 at 8 a.m. at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown, followed by a funeral liturgy at 9:15 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church. Burial will take place at Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo section of Middletown.
Gene Marie Tancibok Woodmansee Mrs. Woodmansee, 99, of Milltown, formerly of Old Bridge and Spotswood, died Aug. 29 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Vincent O. Woodmansee, a former Spotswood police chief, died in 1965. She also was predeceased by three grandchildren, Kathleen, Dorothy Jean and James Griffin. Surviving are her son, John G. Griffin of Venice, Fla.; two grandsons, John P. Griffin of Milltown, with whom she lived, and Gary R. Griffin of Brick; and four grandchildren. Services were arranged by Eckman Funeral Home, Spotswood. Interment was in Reformed Church Cemetery, Spotswood.
