Brick Knights to sponsor trip to St. Jude’s Shrine
     The Brick Knights of Columbus Local No. 836 is sponsoring a trip to St. Jude’s Shrine in Baltimore, Md., May 14 to 15. Participants will attend the noon “Healing and Anointing” Mass, tour the shrine, enjoy coffee and donuts and visit the gift shop.

Pioneer Hose Fire Co. gift auction May 7
     A gift auction sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary of Pioneer Hose Fire Company No. 1, will be held May 7 at the firehouse located at .312 Drum Point Road in Brick. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. followed by the auction at 8 p.m. Refreshments and food will be available in addition to lots of prizes.

Brick Garden Club to meet May 9
     The Brick Garden Club will hold its next meeting May 9 at the Cultural Arts Center on Herbertsville Road in Brick at 7 p.m. A business portion will begin the meeting during which plans for the annual Garden Tour in Brick, slated for July 12, will be discussed.
