Brick police interrupt night school session
Seven area youths were busted for trespassing and possession of alcohol in the Olde Riverside Farm Day School on Herbertsville Road at 1:54 a.m. July 5, police said. Police responding to a report of subjects sneaking onto the property, arrived at the school to find a room in the back of the school illuminated, police said. Cops found seven young adults, including three minors, inside, along with a 30-pack of beer. Police said they observed several cans of beer on a bench inside the school next to each trespasser. Police arrested and charged Bryan Ketcham, 18, of Brick, with defiant trespass, underage possession of alcohol, serving alcohol to a minor, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police arrested and charged Alfred Maslowski, 19; Steven Phan, 20; and Adam Choper, 20; all of Brick, with defiant trespass, underage possession of alcohol and serving alcohol to a minor. Police arrested and charged one male 16-year-old Brick minor with curfew violation, defiant trespass and underage possession of alcohol; and 17-year-old twin females from Union with defiant trespass and underage possession of alcohol.
