      The Brick Township Soccer Association Girl's U9 Division 'Mustangs' finished their spring season 7-0. All the girls deserve credit for their hard work, hustle and solid teamwork that paid off with a successful and fun season. The players are Lily B., Amber N., Emma W., Nicole P., Bryanna W., Amanda B., Julianna G., Alexis G., Amanda A., Kylee J., Amanda P., Amanda W. and Julia D. The team is coached by Paul Pallante, who is assisted by Robin Neumann and Rob Gore.

      A Twin County traveling U10 MOSA soccer team is looking for players who were born between August 1996 and July 1997, or younger (one year maximum). Please contact Coach Dionne at (732) 920-1412 for information.

      Registration continues for three summer camps conducted by the Brick Memorial coaches.

      The Mustangs Field Hockey Camp will be held July 17-21 from 9 a.m. to noon at Veterans Memorial Middle School, for girls in grades 3-8. The fee is $100 per girl, and camp director and Brick Memorial coach Kelly Engelbart will supply equipment if necessary.

      Boys basketball players in grades 4-10 can sharpen their skills and fundamentals at the sixth annual Mustang Basketball Camp, which has two sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 24-27.

      Brick Memorial boys basketball head coach Ron Gerlufsen and assistants Jason Bloom and Ed Sarluca will provide fundamental instruction that will mesh individual and team concepts. The fee is $120 per week per camper, and registrants can call (732) 701-1220 or (732) 785-3090, ext. 3030.

      Rayna Petach, who completed her first season as head girls basketball coach at Brick Memorial, will direct the Lady Mustangs Girls Basketball Camp for girls in grades 1-8, July 31 through Aug. 4. The camp takes place at Brick Memorial from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The fee is $120 per camper, although additional campers from the same family will be charged $100.

      Petach will be assisted by Maria Sarluca, Laura Rounds and Crystal Petracorro from her staff. They will provide individual attention, skills stations, shooting techniques and 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 games. For details, go to wsww.rpetach@brickschools.org.
