A great spring clean-up - let's keep it up!

Sincerest thanks to Brad (property manager), the entire staff and crew at Evergreen Woods Park Condos in Brick. Their outstanding prompt response for a spring clean-up at Evergreen was far beyond my expectations!

As the 804 unit community is "spruced up" for spring, it's every resident's responsibility to help keep it that way. There are a lot of small children in the development. For their sake, keeping the sidewalks free of debris and litter is in the interest of basic safety.

Large items that are too heavy to be placed in Dumpsters should be neatly placed alongside them. If a resident needs help with the disposal of large items or have a hazardous item (i.e. boards with nails sticking out) let the office know (732-458-1784) - they can help. An insurance claim for an accidental injury affects everyone's common charges in the long run. Residents should do everything possible to prevent broken glass around the Dumpsters or in the parking areas. Glass must be disposed of properly to prevent injuries.

Help keep Evergreen Woods (and all of Brick) clean and green. Community pride is what makes Brick a special place to live, work and play!

Do your part and put trash in its place. Grass seed is also now available from the office for anyone in Evergreen Woods that wants to green up their lawns. Thanks!
