      Groups must submit paperwork or lose funds
            BRICK TOWNSHIP - Township officials have given private sports leagues that use public facilities until Feb. 23 to submit documentation about how they do business. Mayor Daniel J. Kelly sent a letter to all of the organizations on Jan. 29 that spelled out just what they have to submit.
