Mayor, administrator say past financial practices led to increase

Eric L. Isaksen Sr. Mr. Isaksen, 47, of Brick, died March 12, 2007, at home. Born in Perth Amboy, he had lived in Cliffwood before moving to Brick nine years ago. He was an ironworker for Ironworkers Local 373, Perth Amboy. He also loved fishing and hunting.
