Brick Recreation to host bus trips
      For the second year in a row, the Brick Recreation Department will offer the following bus trips for all ages: • Aug. 13 - the New York Yankees will play the Baltimore Orioles at Yankee Stadium. • Sept. 21 - the New York Yankees will once again play the Toronto Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium.

Auditions being held for 'Seussical Jr."
      Kidz-4-Kidz, under the auspices of the Brick Community Players, will be holding auditions 10 a.m. Aug. 11 for the upcoming production of "Seussical Jr." at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Route 88 (Ocean Road) Point Pleasant and Aug. 12 at 3 p.m. at the Civic Center Plaza, 270 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick.

Senior Health Fair Aug. 8 at Brick Senior Center
      Ocean Medical Center will host a Senior Health Fair Aug. 8, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Brick Senior Center, 373 Adamston Road, Brick. The health fair will include cholesterol, blood pressure, bone density and body fat screenings. The event will feature demonstrations and information. Health care professionals will be on hand to answer questions.
