The 16th annual Ocean County Columbus Day Parade will be held Oct. 7 on the Boulevard in Seaside Heights at 1 p.m. According to parade chairman Michael Blandina, the parade will be the highlight of the three-day Italian festival that honors the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus.
