Let the show begin- in a new theater!

Recently my friends and I attended the Brick Community Theater production of "The Music man" and it was awesome. This dedicated and talented group surely deserves to perform in a better environment (a theater would be nice).

It is high time that Brick Township has a theater and the town council should assist in providing one. Lakewood has the Strand, Manasquan has Surflight, and Ocean Grove has the auditorium and we enjoy many productions at these theaters. However, a township this size should move forward to accommodate the cultural assets of our town and I believe the residents here would support any effort in this direction.

The company of Brick Community Theater has demonstrated their commitment, hard work and talent and they will give us many more enjoyable presentations. They need and deserve and appropriate venue in which to perform. Let's give them a home.
