Three residents charged in neighborhood dispute BY PATRICIA A. MILLER Staff Writer
BRICK TOWNSHIP - - Police recently arrested a Shore Pine Drive man and charged him with making terroristic threats after he threatened to burn a neighbor's house down.
Gabriel Frigerio III, 24, was also charged with disorderly conduct in the incident, which happened on Aug. 13, according to the police report.
Five officers responded to the scene at 8:41 p.m. The neighbor, who lives on Bay View Drive, told police that Frigerio told him he was going to burn his house down, as well as the Shore Acres clubhouse and the neighborhood, police said.
Frigerio was already a suspect in several harassment and terroristic threat complaints in an ongoing neighborhood dispute. He told Patrolman Lawrence Petrola that he was going to burn down the neighbor's house because he had harassed him and someone had thrown a rock at his 3-year-old son, the police report states.
Frigerio was yelling at police officers and using obscenities. He was told to lower his voice many times, but did not comply, police said.
Police also arrested Frigerio's girlfriend, Angela Eustice, 24, who was standing in the street yelling and using profanity. She was also told to lower her voice, but did not comply and was charged with disorderly conduct, the police report states.
Frank Cirillo, 23, a friend of Frigerio's, was also arrested. Cirillo, Shore Pine Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he came out of the Frigerio home yelling and cursing, according to the police report.
The three were transported to the Brick police department for processing. Frigerio's bail was set at $5,000 with no 10 percent option for the terroristic threats charge. He was able to post bail and was released. Cirillo's bail was set at $2,500 for the resisting arrest charge. He was unable to make bail and was taken to the Ocean County jail in Toms River. Eustice was released on a summons.
Frigerio and Eustice's two children, ages 3 and 4, were left in the care of a friend. Police contacted the state Division of Youth and Family Services about the incident, the police report states.
