Andrew Henry Capro
      Mr. Capro, 93, died Dec. 23, 2007, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Brooklyn, he was a resident of Berkeley Heights. He was the owner of Traffic Managers for Industries, Union, from 1972 until his retirement in 1981. Mr. Capro was a U.S. Army veteran serving duringWorldWar II, having attained the rank of first lieutenant.

      Mrs. Higgins, 71, of Freehold, died Dec. 16, 2007, at home. Born in Neptune Township, she was a lifelong Freehold resident. She was a graduate of St. Rose of Lima School, Freehold, and Cathedral High School, Trenton. Prior to retiring eight years ago, Mrs. Higgins was a secretary for the Office of the Public Defender, Freehold.
