      Iwas shocked to read that, under a plea bargain agreement, Superior Court Judge James Citta sentenced former Brick Township Public Works Director John Nydam to five years' probation for public corruption. Simply because he "ratted out" several others he was given a slap on the wrist? It is inexcusable!
