      The nonprofit 180 TeenCenter, 236 Brick Blvd., Brick,will host a night for teens from6- 10 p.m. Feb. 15. The evening is open to those age 12- 16 and will focus on the major issues and battles teens face. Topics will include drugs, alcohol, sex, suicide and depression.       Brick Youth Club will hold winter dances for middle school students on Feb. 15, 29 and March 21. Dances will run from 7- 9:30 p.m. Reservationswill be taken from the Monday prior to the event through Thursday night.       New Jersey Blood Services will hold a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 17 at the Ocean County Mall, 1201 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Qualified donors should be 17 years of age, weigh 110 pounds and be in generally good health. Donors must present photo or signed ID and know their Social Security number.
