Patrick R. Raviola

Mr. Raviola, 56, of East Brunswick, formerly of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, died Feb. 3, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was director of the Homicide and Violent Crimes Division of the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Surviving are his wife, Karen Brautigan Raviola; two sons, Patrick Raviola, teaching at Assumption University, Bangkok, Thailand, and Joseph Raviola, at home; his father, Warren Raviola of Brick; two sisters, Lynne Raviola of Brick and Michele Moran of Buckingham, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew's Church, East Brunswick. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Bartholomew School, 460 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, to benefit a memorial scholarship fund for students attending St. Joseph's High School, Metuchen.
