      Brick Youth Club will hold winter dances for middle school students on Feb. 29 and March 21. Dances will run 7-9:30 p.m. Reservations will be taken beginning the Monday prior to the event through Thursday night.       A Cabin Fever Antiques and Collectibles Show, sponsored by the Ocean County Historical Society, will be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.March 1 at theAmerican Legion, 2025 Church Road, Toms River.       NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Ocean County will present a three-session programtitled "Visions for Tomorrow" beginning March 1 at a Toms River location. The program will offer education and support to parents of children with brain disorders. Details: (732) 928- 5608.
