BRICK TOWNSHIP - The lawsuit filed by Save Barnegat Bay against the township over the Traders Cove site is no longer a topic for mediation, Township Attorney Jean Cipriani said. Mr. Della Pietro, 85, of Keyport, died May 10, 2008, at home. He was a truck driver with Teamsters Local 469, Hazlet, for several years, retiring 22 years ago.
