      Residents who attended or watched the May 13 Township Council meeting on B20 got a sample of what shouldn't happen in local government. The "council comments" portion of the meeting turned into a fusillade of insults directed at Councilwoman Kathy Russell, the lone Democrat on the council.

The grass at this place might not have been mowed for longer than that, but I can't say for certain, since I've only been driving by every day for a little over a decade.

      It's not as if an external hard drive was all I ever wanted. Certainly it didn't make my top 10 of must-haves. Even if it did store my data and give me peace of mind, it didn't complete me or make me sing. I didn't know how my external hard drive worked; I couldn't wrap my mind around its innards or understand the complexity of its many functions.
