      Brick should look to YMCA for community center
            Iwould like to express my opinion regarding the purchase of the ice rink in Brick, which will cost the taxpayers millions of dollars with few to profit from the purchase unless they are avid hockey players or ice skaters.

            Can anything be done about the closing of Chatsworth ATV Park? My three grandchildren and their many friends are upset about the closing. I understand the owners are losing the lease by the end of September. Chatsworth is a place where all riders can enjoy a day of pleasure.

      Owners warned to keep pets safe from thieves
            Members of the Domestic Companion Animal Council have seen an alarming rise in dog thefts in recent months and warn pet owners to be vigilant. In the first three months of 2008, the American Kennel Club has tracked more than 30 thefts from news and customer reports, versus only 10 for all of 2007.
