YMCA to celebrate senior fitness on May 28

The Ocean County YMCA will celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day on May 28.

Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., all seniors are invited for recreational swimming, use of the sauna and steam room, class observations, complimentary tours, blood pressure readings and cholesterol screenings and light refreshments. For more information, call 732-341-9622.
