'Crop for Avery' fundraiser to be held July 13

"Crop for Avery," a scrapbooking fundraiser to assist Avery Lubrecht, a 4- year-old Brick resident who was diagnosed with brain cancer, will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 13 at the Pioneer Fire Company, Drum Point Road, Brick.

Avery is currently being treated at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Donations will directly support Avery and her family as they get the care she needs.

The event will cost $40 and includes a light breakfast, lunch, drinks, snacks, coffee and tea. There will be a door prize, a gift auction and a page-layout contest.
