Regular letter writer takes another author to task
      I must start out this letter by apologizing to mystery writer J. Dibert. It seems that I misspelled her/his last name, all the while thinking that J. Dilbert was a person with atheistic tendencies. I was wrong and I do apologize to J. Dilbert because it really was J. Dibert I meant. What a difference an (l) makes. I'm learning.

Former official questions 'creative' township budget
      I was present at the last council meeting, which had the passage of the 2008 budget on the agenda. It was postponed to the next meeting. I would like to raise a few concerns about the development of the budget, especially how we acquire surplus.
