Mr. Tolve, 91, of Englishtown and formerly of Spotswood, died Aug. 14, 2008, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. He was a self-employed butcher and a mechanic for New York Department of Parks in Brooklyn, New York, for 30 years before retiring in 1980. Mr. Tolve served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
