      Reader sounds off on mayor, town budget
            I'm glad to see other people are sick of Art Sholty. The man is a pest. If you want to quote the Bible, stay in church and out of the paper. This man's love of Acropolis is so bad that the mayor needs to put stoplights on his backside so Art doesn't get stuck you know where.

            Congratulations to Michael G. Crelin Sr. You hit the nail on the head. Your ideas are fantastic and need to be implemented, but I doubt our mayor and his cronies will even listen.       Pay attention to local, not presidential, cands
            According to Assemblyman Jay Weber, New Jersey residents worked 211 days to pay for our state and local government taxes. Starting on Jan. 1, we worked until July 30 to pay our taxes. The only state residents who worked longer than us are those who live in Connecticut.

            The Ice Palace is dead on arrival. It went from $5.25 million to $25 million. I would like the attorney general of New Jersey to conduct a complete investigation of our council members. As far as our mayor, Councilman [Anthony] Matthews and council President [Ruthanne] Scaturro, grow up.
