      Brick Township police have determined that a Lakewood man was at fault in an accident that killed a disabled woman trying to cross Chambers Bridge Road last month. Ronald R.       Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 8867, Brick, will host a Labor Day picnic from noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 31 at the post's picnic grove at 373 Adamston Road, Brick.       Mr. Miloscia, of Toms River, died July 26, 2008, at home. He was born in Newark and had lived there and in Carteret before moving to Toms River in 2005.
