Frank Miloscia Jr.
      Mr. Miloscia, of Toms River, died July 26, 2008, at home. He was born in Newark and had lived there and in Carteret before moving to Toms River in 2005. He was a math teacher at Rutgers University and Essex County College. Mr. Miloscia was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served during the Berlin Airlift.
