      Resident dismayed at fireworks finale
            Iwould like to know what happened to the three-in-one fireworks display that was promised on Aug. 28 at Windward Beach? I'm sure there were a lot of people at the beach. I know there were hundreds of boats sitting out along the beachfront. Boats started to arrive as early as 6 p.m.
