Women's club to host banquet Oct. 16

Barbara Vernowski, Mrs. New Jersey of 2008, will be the guest speaker at the Women Who Make a Difference banquet 6- 9 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Holiday Inn in Toms River. Vernowski is a certified life coach who home-schools her seven children.

The banquet is $35 per person. It is hosted by the Ocean County Women's Connection, which supports Stonecroft Ministries. For reservations or information, call 732-849-1752.
