      No excuse for lack of accessibility for disabled at BTHS
            The Americans with Disabilities Act has been around since 1990. One of the mandates of the landmark legislation requires employers to make "reasonable accommodations" to qualified job applicants or employees. But the philosophy of the law has yet to trickle down to some schools.

      Outsmarted by texting teens, mom plans a cruel revenge
            I've hit some rough spots in my parenting years. I've doctored skinned knees, jammed thumbs and stubbed toes. I lived through Barney, Power Rangers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and sacrificed my bath towels for Batman capes as I watched the children launch off the chairs and swing through the kitchen on a makeshift rope.
