Fire company to host memorial golf outing

The ninth annual Tom Giannattasio Jr. Memorial Golf Outing, sponsored by Pioneer Hose Fire Company No. 1, Brick, will be held rain or shine June 23 at the Battleground Country Club, Manalapan.

The tee time is 2 p.m. and the cost per player is $140, which includes green fees, cart, driving range, lunch, refreshments, dinner and awards.

All funds raised from the event will help to provide financial assistance for medical conditions to any emergency medical service personnel, firefighter or hearttransplant patient or recipient. The fund also awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior of Brick Township High School and BrickMemorial High School in memory of Tom Jr.
