Workshop offered for displaced homemakers

The Displaced Homemakers Program of Ocean County, located at Ocean County College, will sponsor "Feeling Good About Me: A Self-Esteem Seminar for Women" from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 13, in the first floor conference room, Administration Building, OCC Main Campus, College Drive, Toms River.

The seminar provides an opportunity to explore self-defeating beliefs and provides information on learning how to make good decisions, improve relationships and self-acceptance.

The program provides free services to individuals who have lost their primary source of income due to separation, divorce, disability or death of the primary family provider and helps them to become economically self-sufficient.
