Library changes hours for Thanksgiving
      All branches of the Ocean County Library will close 5 p.m. on Nov. 26 and all branches will be closed on Nov. 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Barnegat, Brick, Lakewood, Manchester, Jackson, Stafford and Toms River branches only will open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 28.

      Ocean Medical Center is partnering with the Ocean County Health Department to provide flu and pneumonia shots for residents of Ocean County from 1-3 p.m. Nov.19 in the hospital's conference center in rooms B and C. Residents must be 9 years of age or older to receive a shot.
