This resident refuses to push button No. 1
      How come there aren't more buttons on our phones to push for other languages? I don't see a button for German, French or Italian. Why? Who in this world has thought up this crazy idea, and for what reason? The message at the other end instructs me to press No. 1 for English. Suppose I do not know how to speak English? Of what use are the directions to me?

Resident thanks Herbertsville Fire Dept.
      It was early on New Year's Eve and my husband was not at home. My oldest son plugged the new Wii system into the outlet, and flames shot out. I called 911, and the Herbertsville Fire Department responded very quickly. I not only had my three children in the house at the time, but two neighbors' children as well.
