Submissions for film festival being sought

The Ocean County Library is accepting submissions for its third annual film festival to be held March 27 and 28 at its Toms River branch, 101 Washington St.

There are two divisions in the film festival: one for entrants attending high school, the other for adults.

Categories include best short film, best documentary, best animation, best music video, best commercial and best news piece.

The deadline for submissions is March 2. Films must be submitted on a DVD with a completed festival entry form. All entries must be original works. Winning entries will be screened during the festival.

The festival is co-sponsored by the Ocean County Library and the Kiwanis clubs in Ocean County.
