The Twin County Soccer Association Liberty Girls U12 soccer team took first place in the National 2 division of the Monmouth-Ocean Soccer Association for the Fall 2008 season.

Coach John Underwood credits the girls' positive attitudes and teamwork for their success. The team's dedication and hard work paid off with six wins, two losses and two ties during the season. The Liberty will be promoted to the National 1 division for the spring season.

The Twin County Soccer Association serves the Brick area through the development of youth through the sport of soccer, with programs for players of all ages.
