Cut-a-thon to benefit animal shelter Feb. 15

A cut-a-thon to benefit the animals at the Jersey Shore Animal Center, Brick, will take place 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 15 at Roots Hair Lounge, 1743 Route 88 West, Brick. The $15 haircuts will offered on a walk-in basis only.

Throughout the event, raffles for gift certificates and other prizes will be available from Parkway Pooch, Casa Di Formaggio, Tuscany Restaurant and Bar, A Dog House Pet Grooming, Shore Catering (A&S Deli), Pet Butler, International Tan and Simko's Grill in Brick.
