Info meeting on Team Challenge slated

The New Jersey Chapter of America's Crohn's and Colitis Foundation will host an informational meeting on Team Challenge at 7 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Ocean County Library, 101 Washington St., Toms River.

Team Challenge is a half-marathon training program that raises funds for research to fight Crohn's disease and colitis, two painful and unpredictable digestive diseases, and sends participants to half marathons, with all expenses paid. The organization is currently recruiting for the June 28 Kona Half Marathon in Hawaii and the July 19 Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon in California.
