Catherine Russomanno

Mrs. Russomanno, 83, of Farmingdale, died Jan. 31, 2009, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She had resided in Eatontown before relocating to Farmingdale. Mrs. Russomanno was an advertising clerk at New Jersey Bell, Bloomfield, retiring in 1991. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfonse, in 2007; and a brother, Gennaro Dellosso, five years ago. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jack Majdan of Farmingdale; and a sister, Anna Puorro of Brick. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at Notre Dame of Mount Carmel Church, Cedar Knolls, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, East Hanover. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater New Jersey Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Denville, NJ 07834-1365.
