Free job training for residents 55 and older

The National Council on Aging (NCOA) has implemented a U.S. Department of Labor grant to train adults age 55 years and older, in high-growth health care occupations.

NCOA has joined forces with Ocean County College's Department of Continuing and Professional Education to offer a variety of noncredit certificate courses that train older adults to reenter the job market.

Residents of Ocean County age 55 and older with low income may be eligible for these government paid programs.
