'Merchant of political chaos' needs swift kick Brick, a town that I truly love, has its own "merchant of political chaos," and his name is Joe Lamb. This prestidigitator of smoking mirrors and manipulator of numerical figures is using his constitutional rights to spread false statements and facts about our elected officials. Joe is a phony dressed in a black suit. Be aware of this individual. He cannot offer anything beneficial for our cause of a better quality of life here in Brick. Sad, but this is Joe. Mr. Lamb, by his own admission, was and still is a destroyer of political officials both here in Brick and those who held office in Jersey City. Lamb seems to take a liking to administrating false stories about those of the Republican Party, yet he never comes up with a solution. This, my friends, constitutes being a "merchant of political chaos," a title not worthy of trust nor truthful expectations. Joe is on an ego trip, which can be deleted with a swift kick in his rear end. He needs it. I have made it my purpose to attend civic meetings for well over 50 years and listen to our elected officials talk. Most officials made sense while others were blatant speakers of false statements. Those who told lies were soon found out and voted out of office unlike the case of our last mayor, Joe Scarpelli, who lasted too long, leaving behind problems that you and I must deal with at this very moment. Let us never forget, because people like Mr. Lamb want us to believe that our problems in Brick were caused by this recent administration. Joe is spreading false statements; hence the reason I have titled him a "merchant of political chaos." I have a friend who was voted into office last election time and his name is Steve Acropolis, our mayor. I make no bones about saying this. Others equate me as being somewhat of a kiss-up; however, this is not the case. I found an honest man and as a senior, this creates a whole lot of joy for me, as it should for all citizens of Brick. This is my reason for politicizing Steve — nothing else. My Bible instructs me to tell the truth. Our last mayor is doing time in a federal prison while Steve is doing time behind his desk in the municipal building, trying to fix the hurt that Scarpelli unlawfully propagated for personal gain. If the antagonizer, Joe Lamb, can truthfully say that this current administration isn't doing a good job of trying to correct the illegal problems of the past, which were controlled by Democrats, then we know he is a political troublemaker, first degree. Additionally, if Mr. Prestidigitator thinks that any monies were transferred illegally while making up the budget for the purpose of making it look good, let him spend his money and hire a mouthpiece and take Brick to court. Also why the big fuss concerning the transition report. Look for it on your computer, it's listed under Brick Township or is that too hard for you to do? I did it and I'm computer illiterate. I'm sick of Joe Lamb, but I do promote his right to speak as long as it is truthful and as long as he does not yell "fire" in a crowed theater. I await your rebuttal, but be truthful — something you sadly are lacking.
The door to the mayor's office is open for all to enter, but Joe Lamb never passes through it. Rather he likes to spread political garbage at council meetings, knowing full well that all TV viewers will only hear his false statements during an election year that is coming in November. This is a dirty political ploy, which should be brought to the attention of all readers. |
