Free baby fair offered to expectant moms

The Family Resource Network in partnership with Community Medical Center Saint- Barnabas Health Care System will host "Pregnant Pause 2009," a free baby event promoting alcohol- and smoke-free pregnancies for expectant mothers. The event will be held 5-8 p.m. June 11 at the Community Medical Center Auditorium, 99 Route 37, Toms River.

Area organizations and agencies will provide information on services available in the community. Lectures on healthy baby, healthy pregnancy and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder will also be offered. There will be goody bags, refreshments and door prizes. Advance registration is required by calling 888-724-7123.
