Nuclear power is the answer to energy dilemma

Much has been spoken about the need to expand wind and solar power generation. If those two areas are expanded in a large scale, the total energy contribution for us in the USA will be far less then 5 percent of our total energy needs.

Electric cars are also heralded as the savior, but we must remember that electric cars run on electric and electric will continue to be generated by coal, oil and natural gas.

The only realistic solution is to expand nuclear power generation on a large scale and do it immediately. France is almost 90 percent dependent on nuclear power generation and has used nuclear power building plans developed by USA scientists for hundreds of power plants in France. No nuclear accidents have been experienced by France, thanks to the plans that we provided to them.

It is about time that we face the fact that the only solution to our energy needs is nuclear power and enact plans to move us in that direction.

There is no alternative solution available to us and we had better act quickly before our energy needs can not be fulfilled and we reduce our great nation to a Third World power.
