TNR is an effective way to manage cat colonies
      In the Sept. 3 Bulletin article, "Neighborhoods are no place for feral cats," the letter writer states "those who choose to take responsibility for feeding stray cats and foster feral cat colonies should then take responsibility for neutering them, getting them vaccinated against rabies and keeping them within the confines of their own property.

Discharge plan would make sense for patient, family
      Our health care system is clearly in need of reform and I am heartened that our policy makers are delving into the issues to bring this to fruition this year. As I examine the existing concerns with our health care system, it's apparent that there could be ways to save money.
